Frocktober 2013 Day 29 - My uniform

Just this morning I was thinking how my five dresses for Frocktober challenge almost gave me a uniform to work with every day.

It's nice to not have to think or complain that I have nothing to wear. The only bad time was for those 'special occasions' and making the every day something special.

With the mercury rising, Mini Me is getting those chubby pins out again.

It's getting hot out there

For our morning walk and afternoon picnic I've put this little ensemble together. Yep the sheer black shirt worn over the dress and tied at the front has made its third and final appearance for the month.

Getting all summery
I like how this top has also been a bit of a staple this month.

And since I first wore this dress at a Spring in Valley so long ago, it has been the never fail, always makes me feel good dress. And this month it did not disappoint.

I've worn it six times in a variety of ways. It's casual, but dressy. It's floaty and comfy. And it's time to say good-bye for one last picnic outing for the month.

I figure I'll probably keep it as a mum uniform as summer approaches.

Six ways to wear one dress
